Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to join their technology solutions provider. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise projects, collaborating with clients, and ensuring scalability and performance of ITSM solutions. They offer a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects.
- 5+ years of experience in a Consulting or Technical BA role.
- SW Engineering background.
- Solid Project Management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills (Greek & English).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Excellent at problem-solving and ownership.
