Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking skilled Italian Customer Care Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries through various channels. This is a hybrid or onsite position reporting to a Customer Service Supervisor. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, complaint handling, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian language (C1-C2 level)
- Previous customer service experience (asset)
- Proficient English Skills (Oral & Written)
- Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative
- Tech savvy/ Computer literacy
