The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth operation of the production process, optimizing human capital and equipment, and improving continuous improvement of processes. The position is on-site and requires a blend of technical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field of Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in equivalent production positions, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems and applications such as MS Office.
• Ability to work in a factory environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field.
