Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Production Batch Supervisor for a stable and modern environment in Serres, Central Macedonia. The role focuses on production planning, coordination, quality control, and process improvement, overseeing personnel and ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency standards. This position will combine technical knowledge, organizational skills and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Computer Engineering)
- 3–5 years of experience in a comparable production position (food industry preferred)
- Excellent English language skills
- Master's degree in a related scientific field
- Experience using ERP programs, especially SAP knowledge is a plus
