Job Description
360 Connect, a subsidiary of Vodafone, is hiring Graduate Technicians for field work in Athens, Greece. This contract-based position involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to telecommunications networks, installing equipment, and supporting project transitions. Candidates should have experience in DSL or FTTH, excellent English, and a proactive approach.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Academic Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Networks or related field
- Demonstrated experience in field technical support (DSL, FTTH)
- Knowledge of technical measurement and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent MS Office usage
