ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Staff Specialist to operate and maintain the laboratory of a leading Greek dairy company. The role involves quality control, ensuring GMP and GLPs compliance, analyzing results, supporting R&D and continuous improvement, and developing laboratory staff. The company is innovative and customer-focused, specializing in quality and food products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Geology, etc.) with a focus on food products.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a corresponding position, preferably in the food industry.
• Experience in managing and guiding a laboratory or staff shift.
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good understanding and experience with Quality Assurance Systems (QMS).
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Experience in the implementation of standards and safety systems for food products (e.g. ISO 22000, BRC, IFS).
• Knowledge of SAP and statistical tools and applications for analysis of results and monitoring trends.
• Experience in a production environment with strict quality and safety requirements.
