Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor for a dairy company in Serifes, Greece. This on-site role involves supervising laboratory operations, ensuring product quality, coordinating staff, and contributing to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position (preferably in the food industry)
- Experience in managing and guiding laboratory or personnel staff teams
- Very good English language skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good understanding and experience in Quality Assurance Systems (e.g. ISO 22000, BRC, IFS)
- Knowledge of SAP and statistical tools
- Experience in a production environment with strict quality and safety requirements
