Requirements
- Previous client support experience of +2 years
- Experience using ticketing tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.
- Previous experience in the IoT field will be valued
- Proficient Spanish (LATAM Spanish) and English language skills (needed for communication with clients from LATAM regions)
