Job Description
Marathon Asset Management is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee operational aspects of their ABL platform, including equipment finance and transportation. This role involves coordinating with third-party providers, managing systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The VP of Operations will be responsible for building scalable infrastructure and supporting growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in ABL, equipment finance, specialty lending, or private credit
- Direct operation or accounting experience
- Strong accounting background
