Job Description
Mar-Bella Collection is seeking a Staff Representative for their hotel in Kerkyra, Greece, focusing on handling customer and partner reservations. This role involves excellent communication skills, knowledge of hotel products, and collaboration with the Front Office team. The position supports a luxurious collection of award-winning hotels.
Requirements
- Handle reservation requests via email, phone, or booking system.
- Possess excellent knowledge of hotel product, pricing, and group trading policy.
- Collaborate with Front Office to provide personalized services.
- Coordinate customer requests and handle problems.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit and collaborative attitude.
- Excellent English language skills (Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus).
