The Marketing Insights & Automation Analyst will turn marketing data into actionable decisions through dashboard creation, pipeline/revenue attribution, campaign and automation optimization. They will also maintain HubSpot, define KPIs, produce insights packs, and train stakeholders on data usage. This role focuses on driving pipeline growth and revenue through data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any Discipline or Equivalent
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing is desirable
- Shipping background (but not necessary)
- Functional knowledge of any CRM tool
- 5+ years’ proven experience in B2B prospecting and lead generation for a field sales team
- Experience working with prospect and customer data
- Proven ability to hit lead generation targets
- Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM
- Strong SQL/Excel; marketing analytics; attribution models (FT/MT/LT, position-based, data-driven)
- Clear written storytelling with data; stakeholder management
- Salesforce familiarity
