The Marketing Insights & Automation Analyst will turn marketing data into decisions by building trusted dashboards, attributing pipeline/revenue, and optimizing campaigns and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any Discipline or Equivalent
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing is desirable
- 5+ years’ proven experience in B2B prospecting and lead generation for a field sales team
- Functional knowledge of any CRM tool
- Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM
- Advanced Power BI (DAX, data modelling, incremental refresh, row-level security, parameters)
- HubSpot Marketing Hub & CRM (workflows, campaigns, UTMs, lead scoring, lists/segments, forms)
- Strong SQL/Excel; marketing analytics; attribution models (FT/MT/LT, position-based, data-driven)
- Clear written storytelling with data; stakeholder management
- Python for automation; GA4; marketing mix modelling basics
