Job Description
A top-performing commercial real estate sales team at Marcus & Millichap's Houston office is seeking a full-time, in-office Administrative Assistant to manage marketing and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Develop and manage marketing materials for property listings
- Execute targeted email & mail campaigns and maintain contact databases
- Support the lead agent and team with administrative tasks
- Oversee deal tracking in pipeline software
- Maintain client files and transaction records
- Manage third-party listing platforms and route incoming leads
- Coordinate property signage logistics with vendors
- Regularly update internal databases and monitor market activity
- Assist in collecting and organizing deal documentation
- Contribute to team growth by supporting front-end business development and operational scalability
