Trademark Property Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team at La Palmera, the premier-enclosed regional shopping center in Corpus Christi. This role is pivotal in streamlining communication and operational efficiency, serving as the liaison between various departments and tenants. The position focuses on contract management, sustainability, and maintaining office professionalism.
Requirements
- Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and operational documents.
- Track key contract milestones and renewal dates using a centralized calendar system.
- Conduct cost analyses and identify opportunities to reduce expenses.
- Maintain digital and hard copies of all contracts and ensure proper documentation accompanies each agreement.
- Manage reporting as it pertains to Asset Partner - Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting.
