This on-site role involves supporting senior team members with capital market assignments, financial modeling, market research, and assisting with financing transaction creation. Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of commercial real estate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or commercial real estate
- Financial modeling skills using Excel
- Financial modeling skills with Argus preferred
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and analytical skills
