Junior Financial Analyst

Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented Junior Financial Analyst to support the Retail and Net-Leased Team in Denver, CO. This role involves underwriting properties, analyzing sales comparables, using data analytics, and collaborating with brokers and clients. The company offers a fast-paced and high-volume brokerage environment.

Requirements

• Underwrite single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties at a high level
• Pull sales comparables
• Use Argus
• Understand financials, P&L, and real estate related documents
• Price a property based on sales comparables
• Work hand in hand with Marketing Coordinator
• Draft detailed write-ups
• Work alongside lead agents to determine financial needs
• Attend meetings with brokers and clients
• Communicate with Director of Operations and Marketing Coordinator
• Work alongside lead agents to determine financial needs
• Attend meetings with brokers and clients
• Communicate with Director of Operations and Marketing Coordinator to create marketing materials
• Assist in the escrow/closing process
• Work alongside lead agents to determine financial needs
