Job Description
Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Retail & Net-Leased Team in the Denver office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Excel and Argus, possess strong financial understanding, experience in data analytics, and have Salesforce, Databasing and written/verbal skills. The role involves underwriting properties, managing client needs, and assisting with the closure process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Real Estate / Finance or other related field
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong Excel and Argus skills
- Understanding of real estate and financial documents
