Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in ministry coordination, volunteer management, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Rock (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Customer-service orientation and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Basic biblical literacy and alignment with Mariners Church's mission and values
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
