Mariners Church is a biblically-centered, non-denominational church seeking a Worship Operations Coordinator to support the planning, production, and execution of worship services, teaching content, and studio initiatives.

Requirements

• Loves Jesus and the local church
• Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support or project management roles
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Comfortable supporting pastors and worship leaders
• Experienced with production and project workflows
• Passionate about excellence in worship and teaching
• Love Jesus and call themselves Christians
• Embrace a high biblical standard of personal conduct and lifestyle
• Agree to and adhere to the church's statement of faith and leadership commitment
