Team Lead - Operations

We are seeking a Team Lead - Operations to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving client KPIs, managing stakeholders, and overseeing team performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining team attrition and shrinkage, handling customer complaints, and dealing with schedule changes and staffing issues.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills

• Graduate in any stream
