Senior Vice President, Global Engineering - Canada(Remote)

Maropost is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Engineering to lead the company's global engineering organization and drive the development and delivery of high-quality software products. The successful candidate will define the technical vision, build and scale high-performing engineering teams, and ensure strong alignment with product and customer success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience
• At least 5 years in a senior executive or SVP/VP role in high-growth B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or retail environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated success leading engineering organizations within high-growth SaaS companies
• Customer first mentality and ability to develop successful teams
• Expertise in incorporating AI and machine learning solutions into software platforms
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory environments (e.g. GDPR)
• Experience with M&A integration and managing global teams across time zones
