We, Marsh Germany, are looking for a Senior Insurance Broker / Employee Benefits Administrator to support our team in employee benefits administration, with a focus on SME customers. The role offers flexibility, a benefit package, and opportunities for individual development and further training.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration with a focus on life insurance / employee pension provision or a comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the administrative field of employee pension provision
• Very good knowledge of labor, social insurance and tax law as well as good mathematical understanding
• Very good German and ideally good English language skills in word and writing
• High IT affinity, e.g. for the maintenance of various interfaces, experience in dealing with complex data messages and safe handling of common MS-Office systems
• Well-developed entrepreneurial thinking, team ability, self-initiative and customer-oriented action and thinking
