We are looking for a Senior Insurance Broker / Employee Benefits Specialist to manage and maintain individual and collective insurance contracts, advise employees on pension insurance, and support customers and colleagues in optimizing process flows and communication around employee benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration
• Several years of experience in the administration of pension insurance
• Very good knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
• Good mathematical understanding
• Very good German and ideally good English language skills
• High IT affinity
• Experience in dealing with complex data messages
• Safe handling of common MS-Office systems
• Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking, team ability, self-initiative, and customer-oriented thinking and acting
