We are seeking a Team Leader / Insurance and Finance Experts to support our Wealth Team in Munich. The ideal candidate will have experience in personnel management or project management, occupational pension provision, and IT affinity. Good knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law is also required.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the field of personnel management or project management
- Experience in the field of occupational pension provision and the administration of insurance contracts
- High IT affinity, e.g. to the maintenance of various interfaces, experience in dealing with complex data messages and processes, as well as safe handling of the common MS-Office systems
- Good knowledge in the field of labor, social security and tax law as well as a good mathematical understanding
- Business economics study, ideally with a focus on life insurance / occupational pension provision or a comparable education (e.g. training as a merchant / merchant for insurance and finance) with subsequent further education
- Communicative strength, safe appearance and service-oriented thinking
- Very good German and ideally also good English language skills in word and writing
