People Partner

We're looking for a People Partner to join our Operations team in Budapest. As a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, you'll shape people strategies, provide confident challenge and coaching, and lead on employee relations matters in Hungary. You'll have significant experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner and strong grounding in Hungarian labour law and employee relations.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, scaling organisations
• Strong grounding in Hungarian labour law and employee relations, with proven experience managing complex ER cases, restructures and change programmes end-to-end
• Experience partnering with large operational teams (e.g. contact centres, customer operations or similar) and comfortable working across multiple locations (primarily Hungary, plus some UK stakeholders)
• A confident, thoughtful partner with strong personal integrity and sound judgement who isn't afraid to challenge senior leaders constructively
