Marshmallow is seeking a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their Claims Team. The role involves liability decision making, payment processing, and claim management, with a focus on delivering a great customer experience and minimizing fraudulent activity. Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the third party motor claims space
- Experience dealing with liability and quantum disputes across OIC, MOJ and PAP
- Ability to independently decide on liability and manage claim progress
- Strong customer service and empathy skills
