Zego is seeking a Claims Handler (Third Party Claims Handler) to proactively solve liability, indemnity, and quantum problems to reduce claims spend, ensuring injured claimants are fairly compensated. The role involves managing caseloads, responding to calls, negotiating with insurers, investigating claims, and managing reserving. This is a position in a fast-paced, innovative claims management system.

Requirements

• Strong Claims handling experience in a claims company.
• Good working knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portals.
• Strong telephone negotiation skills.
• Sound knowledge of liability scenarios.
• Ability to plan and prioritise own workload.
