Job Description
marta is seeking an Engineering Lead to define the technical vision for their platform, driving architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality features. The role focuses on building scalable and maintainable systems across multiple microservices and apps, while simultaneously mentoring a team and collaborating with product and founders. A team with a focus on business impact and minimal hierarchy is highly valued.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of professional experience in software engineering
- At least 2–3 years leading or mentoring technical teams
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Solid understanding of backend technologies (Express.js, TypeORM, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
