Job Description
Xtremax is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to drive the technical direction of development teams and deliver impactful digital solutions. This role involves leading squads, defining technical architecture, and ensuring system scalability and security. The ideal candidate will be a mentor and builder passionate about solving real-world problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong hands-on expertise in: Backend:Golang, Java, Spring Boot, Frontend:JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Database:PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Message Queue / Cache:Kafka, Redis.
- Solid understanding of system design, microservices architecture, and API integrations.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
