Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our business and changing lives by converting leads into high-ticket clients across our mindset and business programs, all through conversational sales (chat-first).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales (DM sales, phone sales, sell-by-chat, or high-ticket preferred)
• World-class written communication skills: persuasive, conversational, and clear
• Passion for business, fitness, mindset, and personal growth
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Tech-savvy: you know your way around CRM tools, sales dashboards, and digital platforms
• Full-time availability in-person at our Kelowna studio
