Job Description
The Lead Person is a critical role responsible for bridging the gap between management and frontline operations, ensuring safe and efficient production at plant or quarry operations.
Requirements
- Implement and enforce all federal (MSHA/OSHA), state, and company safety policies.
- Coordinate daily production shifts, ensuring equipment is utilized effectively to meet output goals and product quality standards.
- Lead the plant safety committee and implement all federal (MSHA/OSHA), state, and local safety regulations.
