Job Description
Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of MAS Holdings, seeks an Executive – Human Resources to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure smooth onboarding, maintain HR systems, and comply with standards. The role involves salary administration, HR policy compliance, and managing employee lifecycle tasks in a diverse, global environment.
Requirements
- Manage recruitment for associate and staff roles (sourcing, interviews, documentation).
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry.
- Resolve system errors.
- Prepare employee letters and maintain job descriptions.
- Oversee exit formalities.
- Coordinate performance-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, safety, and legal standards.
- Handle payroll processes, including data handling and audits.
- Support cross-functional HR projects.
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Degree in Human Resources or Business Management, 1–2 years of HR experience, Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes, Working knowledge of HRIS and data management systems, Understanding of payroll and compliance standards, Strong coordination skills.
