The role involves full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, data management, and legal compliance.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for associate and staff roles.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate data entry across HR systems.
- Coordinate insurance claims and vendor payments.
- Support zero-audit failure.
- Manage payroll processes, including data handling and audits.
