Job Description
Masabi is seeking a Solutions Consultant to shape technology impacting transit riders. The role involves solution design, integration of partners and cross-functional collaboration, and supporting both agencies and clients. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and possess technical proficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or product-focused role
- Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and integration flows
- Confident contributing to RFPs, SoWs or structured procurement responses
- Skilled at guiding diverse stakeholders through complex topics
- Experienced in working with enterprise or public-sector customers in complex environments
- Strong communicator and adaptable across technical and non-technical audiences
