Country Manager

As Country Manager, China, you will be based out of Shanghai and report directly to the Vice President of Greater North Asia. You will be responsible for managing and developing the growing Masimo’s business in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Strong communication and networking skills
• 10+ years of direct/indirect selling experience combined with sales / business management
• 10+ years of experience in the medical device/equipment industry
• Strong working knowledge of marketing, regulatory, forecasting, reimbursement etc.
• Proven track record of growing businesses through distributors and ‘direct’ teams
• Thorough understanding of the government tender process
• Demonstrated experience working with OEM sales forces
• Fluent and able to conduct business in Mandarin & English. Shanghainese & Cantonese a plus
• Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organizations.
• Demonstrated self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction
• Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Results oriented with a positive "can do" attitude and a sense of urgency
• Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Advanced computer skills as well as excellent organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills
