Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Vice President, Human Resources Enablement will be instrumental in shaping an efficient and effective experience for Masimo employees across foundational HR services and transactional activities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead effectively through periods of significant change
- Hands-on experience with HR technology stack (HCM, ATS, LXP, etc.)
