Requirements
- Develop, implement, and manage workflow protocols for the department
- Manage and direct the day-to-day work and performance of Communications Coordinators
- Optimize the department's use of project management and communications tools
- Develop and manage marketing campaign reporting against goals and ROI
- Collaborate with Advancement team on CRM / donor management system and its data
- Serve on inter-departmental task forces
- Perform other duties as assigned
