Requirements
- 5-8 years in business development, sales, or commercial roles in healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building client relationships in B2B healthcare sales
- Knowledge of the clinical trials landscape - patient recruitment, regulatory environment, or research operations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience at CROs, pharmaceutical services companies, or health technology platforms preferred
- Understanding of German healthcare system and regulatory environment
