MassMedia Marketing, Advertising, PR is seeking a PR Coordinator to serve as support across a variety of PR clients while building professional relationships and strengthening skillsets.
Requirements
- Provide support to the public relations department across department client roster and run select clients
- Create, deliver, edit, and optimize PR materials – executive bios, corporate newsletter content, online/digital content, and press releases
- Conduct media outreach
- Research news coverage and industry trends in order to develop fresh story ideas
- Client service administration support – meeting agendas, recaps, client correspondence, monthly coverage reports, attending meetings, scheduling
- Maintain department media lists
- Provide research and editorial support
- Track press coverage and placements
