Requirements

• Proven experience as a food expediter or other related restaurant position
• Must have working knowledge of the restaurant floor plan
• Ability to successfully pass all service, menu, and alcoholic drink testing
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and crewmembers
• Ability to read menu offerings, product labels, and operating directions
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean restaurant
• Ability to walk and stand for long durations
• Ability to do moderate to heavy lifting (25 lbs or less)
• Knowledge of MCA policies and procedures
