Master Works is seeking a Senior Solutions/Presales Manager to lead presales activities and drive growth by designing and delivering tailored technology solutions to clients. This role involves understanding client needs, creating proposals, and aligning solutions with company products and services. The manager will also lead the solution lifecycle, from ideation to delivery oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or business consulting.
- Proven experience in leading complex RFPs/RFQs, managing technical teams, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions (Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Application Development, Managed Services).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
