New Home Sales Counselor

As a New Home Sales Counselor, you will generate and follow-up on leads, qualify and educate buyers, drive sales volume, and guide homebuyers throughout the sales process. You will develop a community business plan, provide an exceptional home buying experience, and achieve sales related business goals.

Requirements

• Active Real Estate License Required
• 2 (+) years of onsite new home sales experience
• Business minded sales professional with knowledge of establishing and achieving sales goals and budgets
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or other similar sales software
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays required
