Senior Designer (On-site, Hybrid)

MATTE is a 360° full-service creative studio seeking a Senior Designer to join their multidisciplinary creative team. The role requires a design leader with strong conceptual thinking and experience in developing bold, elevated creative work across digital, experiential, brand, and content platforms.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or brand environment.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; motion or 3D experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
