Cutting Line Operator

Join Mattr as a Cutting Line Operator and tend to machines to cut, bend, or straighten material. Examine completed workpieces for defects and sort defective pieces accordingly. This position follows a Continental 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

Requirements

• Start and stop machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data
• Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications
• Set up, operate, or tend multiple machines to cut material
• Identify quality problems with component(s) or finished products and take the appropriate measures
• Perform assigned preventive maintenance as needed
