Job Description
MAX is seeking Allied Health Assessors for Ongoing Support Assessments (OSAs) and Supported Wage System (SWS) Assessments for the National Panel of Assessors in various locations (Maroondah, Plenty, Albury/Wodonga, Geelong, Bendigo, etc.). This is a contract role, offering training and support. Assessments are used to determine appropriate support for employees with disabilities, a program for a reliable work productivity assessment (SWS), and aim to increase the Diversity and Inclusion of the team.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, rehabilitation counselling, vocational training or other field relevant to the assessment services.
- Minimum 2 years' practical experience in disability employment or related sectors.
- Strong assessment skills.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Sound computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
