Job Description
MAX is seeking contractors to cover Albury/Wodonga areas performing Ongoing Support Assessments (OSAs) and Supported Wage System (SWS) Assessments for the National Panel of Assessors. These roles provide training and professional development, with an induction and ongoing support. The position is for contracts with training and accreditation provided. The program aims to assess employee employment performance in a workplace setting.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, rehabilitation counselling, vocational training or other field.
- Minimum 2 years' practical experience in disability employment or related sectors.
- Strong assessment skills.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Sound computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take direction.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
