Job Description
MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Director of Connectivity to drive product roadmaps, lead global marketing and sales teams, and manage a team of global product line managers. The role focuses on market share growth, customer relationship building, and maintaining product strategy. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements
- Strong background in one of the Connectivity technologies, either Ethernet or Wi-Fi or both
- Extensive knowledge of the silicon chip industry
- Experience managing a P/L and producing profitable business results
- Expertise in market and competitor analysis
- Demonstrated ability in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related + 15 years of experience
