Requirements
- Minimum of three years of HVAC sheet metal estimating experience in ICI or mid-to-high-rise residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and addendums
- Experience preparing estimates, RFQs, and bid packages
- Experience using take-off and estimating software (e.g., Trimble AutoBid)
- Understanding of how real construction projects are priced and delivered
