MEP Senior Project Manager - Traveler

The Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the field team, ensuring safety, financial performance, and team development on site. They work with Preconstruction and Project Managers to ensure successful completion of trade work.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Construction/MEP Coordination
• Direct experience on mission critical projects
• Thorough knowledge of all mechanical, electrical plumbing and low-voltage systems
• General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to commercial construction
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices
• Experienced dealing with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors
