Job Description
The MEP Senior Project Manager is the primary leader in the field, responsible for safety, financial performance, and team development on site, leading the project team in the MEP portions of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
- 10+ years of experience with $50M+ or multiple projects in healthcare, commercial, laboratory, higher education, aviation, mission critical construction required
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing experience is strongly desired
- Advanced knowledge of MEP construction principles/practices required
- Experienced dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors
- Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
